I hear so many people complaining about their bodies being beaten by the trades.. by doing that with the water heater, you will literally prolong your body's health. More people should be doing that.

We have two navien hot water on demand tanks at our meat plant facility. Those things are the only things pulling their weight at work. Those things work overtime and they’ve been going strong for six years straight with minimal maintenance required. Primo primo.

Considering the acidity level of the condensate, I don’t think it’ll be making any plants happy 😂😂

I love watching your stuff lol. you do great work. I know I've commented that before but I figured I'd say it again. people like you keep me going on my side business doing landscaping. I'm getting a little burnt out on it.

Very clean work. I suggest 2 45s instead of that 90 on the condensate line that way it doesn't settle on the way out. I'm a big fan of your videos.

That condensation isn’t going to make plants happy boy…. It has a ph of around 2 which means your gunna burn any plant you water with that acidic water. Over time it will erode pipe joints so even if your not required by code… it’s not a bad idea… it’s also one more thing for you to come back to maintenance in the future…. Boy. Love your shit man hahaha

The condensate is acidic, it will kill every plant lmao

I've had a few defective 240a2 and s2 units all ready. My favorite was scary red screen because it couldn't remember what day it was. No recirc.

Technically the condensate doesn’t help make the plants happy as it has a ph level of 3-4 lol but that works lol

Love it, clean work as always. What back brackets are you using?

I usually use Unistrut, but yours looks alot more professional ??

The best practice is to have intake and exhaust terminated on the same wall or roof location spaced manufacture spec. This eliminates pressure differentials which can prevent the HX from working in spec on the combustion side which is a problem with all condensing appliances and Navien is now focusing in on that.

Is the gas line big enough to handle that tankless? Going from like 50k btu to 199k?
