Smaller, more frequent meals keeps your insulin high and makes fat loss impossible. You should eat less often, I.e. intermittent fasting!

It's also being treated with cortisol steroid, I never had insulin resistance, until I was treated in overtreated by a doctor with cortisol steroid In fact, to the point where it pushed my thyroid down, maybe you should speak about that doc?. Then I went on monk fruit sweetener and I tried to avoid as much as possible I never had it a day in my life before, I also never had Venus insufficiency and I also never had a reverse feedback loop in my brain that nobody apparently can reverse! I never want a doctor to treat me with steroids, it's got to be the worst thing to ever be treated with especially since they don't tell you, that it pushes down your thyroid which is one of the most important organs in your body!

Smaller more frequent meals is terrible for insulin resistance tho. Each time we eat anything, body creates insulin and insulin says to store fat. This is contrary to everything I’ve learned from Dr Jason Fung, Dr Ken Berry, etc. Love you tho ❤. I should add that I’ve lost 138 lbs so far and A1C down from 6.8 to 5.3. Fasting 16-20 hours daily has been key.

It's 2024, not 1994 — we know that "healthy fats" are primarily found in animal products.

And we know that eating seed oils and carbs cause inflammation.

This plant-based advice is better than a standard American diet, but it is dated and inferior to a low-carb, meat-based diet.

Vit B1 will eleviate sugar cravings. Being Low in B1 is due to sugar/carbs.(Benfotiamine) is the remedy
