This might sound kinda mean but Michael Hampton's book about figure drawing was so good, I honestly thought he was an old artist like Loomis who died a long time ago.

I just saw the titles of the latest videos on Proko's and Michael Hampton's channels and I thought "this cannot be a coincidence..." 😂 Michael Hampton's method of figure drawing and anatomy is the only one that has managed to keep my interest so far. I love his book!

Anyone who is watching this should buy his anatomy book Figure Drawing Design and Invention. I got it online for just under $30 in paperback and it looks I've had it for ages because of how worn the pages have gotten in just 2 years. I have to crack it open at least a few times a week.
