Dr Fields, I've been in pain for so long because of osteoarthritis and I was desperate for relief. I did two of of your videos and could turn my neck and my tension headache was gone! I'm planning on having these a part of my daily health to do list. Nice to have 7 neck or similar so as to be working and learning about different parts of my body. My birthday is the 8th I'll be 59 and grateful I found Adam Fields chiropractic online. I hike a lot and definitely need to stretch. Excited to do All the videos. From Utah

Wow, I'm loving these 7 day series, no more excuses for not stretching my neck on a daily basis or feeling bored from the same daily video! I like how everyday you have a different set of neck stretches which really helps with addressing the chronic pain.

These exercises exposed a lot of hidden tension in my neck and even thoracic muscles. Still a way to go to get the release I feel can happen but so far the release brings a nice freedom. Thank you for making the video a "do with me" otherwise I would probably cut some exercises short.
