Remember when Twisty just debuted, she would later make some morbid jokes about being bullied and feeling suicidal, to which people accused her of making off-colour humour on Doki's situation? I however felt it might be her crying for help from within a toxic workplace. After seeing reports of her not making any money, noticing that one of her Lethal Company streams (that was a collab with Vtubers outside Niji) was literally titled "My Employer Hates Me", and now with this new allegation surfacing up, I won't be surprised that Twisty was all along a victim of Niji's mistreatment.

You forget about 1 thing. There is a high chance that the tweet is management-written. Since if twisty wrote it, she wouldn't capitalized anything. Now, it is possible that she want to look professional. But, this RRAT seems to be more more true considering the past talent also have the same “management-written” style of tweet before.

Gotta feel for Twisty and her gennates. They were already selected and going through the pipeline for debut when the whole Selen incident happened. So they were basically locked in while the sane viewers were mass exiting the Niji community. Then they debuted and realized things were as bad, if not worse, than what the public found out. Whoever the whistle-blower is, they must've known from the start that they will be caught. They did report Aster to management before, which got ignored. So management already knew who had an issue against him. They simply had to call the staff she reported to in order to get the answer, even if that staff already resigned by now.

The whistle-blower probably wanted out and chose to go with a bang rather than rot in Niji while waiting for their turn at the grinder.

And maybe got inspired by Doki's courage to speak out?
