New Delhi, Jan 02 (ANI): India reported 27,553 new cases of COVID-19, 9,249 recoveries, and 284 deaths in the last 24 hours. The active caseload currently stands at 1,22,801 and the Recovery Rate of the country is currently at 98.27 per cent. Omicron case tally stands at 1,525. Maharashtra topped the state’s list with 460 Omicron cases while Delhi stood at second place with 351 cases. (NK)
