1 cup whole milk; 1/4 cup heavy cream; 1/3 milk powder or solids (khoya); 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk; pinch of salt; 1 cup mango pulp; 1/2 cup fresh mango; sugar

The texture is sooo satisfying to look at when it’s frozen, it’s so smooth. What’s even better is that it’s mango, I am addicted to nearly anything made with fresh mango.😂
