Liver Qi Stagnation (symptoms, causes & acupuncture points)

Liver Qi Stagnation is probably the most common TCM pattern of diagnosis I see in clinical practice.
In this video, I share the causes of Liver Qi Stagnation, the consequences (what happens if we don't address it!), the symptoms, and basic treatment including acupuncture points, Chinese herbal formulas, and nutrition.

I had huge stagnation. Did 2 and the moment it hit 3 a big current started from the 2 to the 3 really strong. It’s been a couple of hours and i still feel strongly the energy working in my organs

This was REALLY REALLY helpful... I am an avid unofficial student of acupuncture but aware of my yin deficiency AND apparently Liver chi stagnation... Although some symptoms are subtle... after reflecting more closely it ALL makes sense... now I have some very specific points to do my acupressure... WAS doing LI4 AND LV4 but others will complement those... THANK YOU.... New year's goal... buy all your books I'm a sponge for all you have to share that is practical & sensible...
