This lady doesn't know how NTF- ELCAC works in our country. It was said that poverty is root cause cause of NPA rebellion in some barangays in our country, NTF- ELCAC provides Barangay development program which improves the livelihood of the people in the barangay. The arm forces role is just to protect the program from the attack of the hardcore NPA rebels.
