when u have to drive the vip home u can call lester & go off the radar. just fyi for anybody who didnt know. 😭 also look down at the ground when spawning a vehicle to get it to spawn as close as possible. (random tip i learned later on when i was damn near level 200.)

Your nightclub only generates income if you’re online. The safe is 50k every 48 in game minutes. If you only have a couple hours to play it’s 100k. The NC basement business is the same . If you sell once a day in afk mode it’s a little over 1 mil in 24 realtime hours invite only or 1.3 mill full public lobby. I guess what I’m saying is passive income that requires zero effort is good but that’s only if you have all day to play or put your character in spin mode 24/7. It takes the nightclub 24 hours to make close to what I make in just under one hour doing Cayo Perico solo. The daily bail business contract is 120k plus . It takes under 10 minutes. It takes me 3 min to deliver import / export cargo for 50k. I probably sell my NC every 2-3 days. I don’t afk. The only time a business is good is bonus weeks. Bunker is making a killing this week.

i would recommend getting every business, (all mc business, hangar & bunker) because if one cargo gets full, you can just switch your technician

Honestly as far as location is concerned, it’s about how you want your empire set up. I like the airport personally because I don’t have a lot of property down there. It gives me skin in the game on an area of the map I didn’t previously have cover on.

The way I have it structured is essentially every move I make across the map is some type of delivery or a resupply. It’s a multi headed business with a lot of moving parts, so if I drop off business battle goods at the nightclub I can then call in my terrobyte, spawn a jet, and then start a cargo mission for my hangar or something. Then now that I’m at my hangar, I’m closer to my bunker and can thus fly out to Paleto bay for an arms delivery or MC delivery. It’s about having fast vehicles and route planning.

Having a fast van for delivery means driving from the airport only adds about a couple minutes to a nightclub delivery which isn’t huge considering the nightclub is one of the slowest to fill up.

As of a couple weeks ago, you can no longer pull the trick of going into your night club in passive mode. Rockstar patched that but they did as well change the speed you can drive a vip to the hospital or home up to a faster speed. Just saying this here in case anyone isn't aware of this change.

Adding to the Business part for the Warehouse segment, it's best to completely shut down businesses you own but aren't using, such as if you own a Document Forgery, for example. This is because of Stash Houses. The Stash House could resupply the Documents and not something useful like the Coke.

There may also be a benefit to running the Greenhouse instead of Cash, if you sell daily to Street Dealers. Might take some math, but I'm finding I'm getting a good extra bit from Dealers, especially if the Dealers end up at x2 for a week. If you don't mess with Dealers, keep the Cash going instead.

I make my nightclub my spawn point so I can just keep it fresh right when I get on. I barely have to promote my club because I’m always there basically 💯🔥👑

You forgot to mention the arcade. If you run all the other businesses, you can control them all from the arcade so it saves you a heap of time driving or flying all around the map

Missed a few key points int he video, one of which is DO NOT updagrade anything to the top of the Pounder Custom, you'll get stuck under bridges (talking about missle launcher and barbed wire).

I very much think the staff upgrade is worth it because it allows the 50k from max population to be collected twice. It’s just a little thing that makes the best business even better.
