I think the blood on pianosaurs's mouth was actually his own. From the teaser trailer we know he feels pain whenever one of his keys get played, possibly implying some nerves/organs below that get pressed on, and he definitely has blood inside of him. He also doesn't have any clear way of eating stuff so....

Also every time I see this I remember Gabe_VA playing through _Poppy Playtime_ Chapter 4 as DogDay and his hilarious delayed reaction.


I have a feeling that Doey’s whole character is just so the devs can play with just how crazy stretch and squash can get.

The developers really should have kept the side question in Safe Heaven. It would have allowed us “The Players” time to bond more with the toys and showed them that not all the employees were evil. It would have added more weight and devastation when Safe Heaven gets blown up. I really hope in the next chapter that there are more Good toys that we can meet, bond with and hopefully save. 🙏🙏

I always thought Pianosarus's keys on his face opened up like some kind of trapdoor to allow food to come through. Maybe he even has the same kind of teeth structure as Huggy or Yarnaby, just a sinkhole of teeth.

There’s also a small catnap plush hidden in the rafters in the safe haven. Most players miss it because of the classic “gamers don’t look up”

I don’t actually think the pianosaurous we saw was the real one. I think that the actual one is huge and more agile and scarier. I hope this is true 😭
