This was so informative. I just have one issue with something you said though. When you said the ED voice gets smaller/less when you eat more, for me, that's definitely not true. Mine gets worse/louder the fatter I am. Even after 3+ months in hospital being refeed. I come out so much worse mentally because the voice is harsher and louder.

But putting that aside, thank you so much for your amazing videos. They are so interesting.

how does her weight change with the new diet plan? gaining at first and then losing again when the metabolic rate increases? and how long would it take for the metabolic rate to go to normal?
