Content:
• Conflict/collision analysis in the BIM environment - hard and soft conflicts, tolerances, types of checks;
• Use of selection sets (imported) for clash detection;
• Using clash filters and reviews and exporting clash detection reports;
• Common coordination/collaboration workflow using BCF manager add-in;
• Creating model based quantity takeoffs broken down by various criteria;
• Creating of color coded quantity takeoffs with corresponding visualizations for each work item;
• BIM model update.

Workflow:
Executing simple clash analyses for duplicate elements using the model from previous sessions.
Executing advanced clash detection jobs (e.g. Columns and Beams VS HVAC) explaining clash parameters. Grouping and explaining clash detection statuses. Generating clash detection reports and reviews.
Using BCF manager to generate BCF issues manually or automatically by drag-dropping identified clashes.
Explaining QTO and generating QTO from selected elements.
Creating new QTO from queries and explaining QTO breakdown rules and quantities.
Exporting QTO excel reports presenting various export options and results.
Updating Bexel Manager project using another building as a source and presenting how to update clash detection jobs and how QTOs are automatically updated.
