I like raspberry, blackberry, and corn syrop in lieu of honey. Not a melon eater. Makes me feel ill. Not even the scent...😫🇨🇦🙋🏻‍♀️🌺💕 I use potato starch for occasional frying. And I use coconut oil because it is light scented, fast but you need to be careful it can scorch fast too. Curry in the mayo adds a hint of umph to taste for the fried spudz.😅

Hi from England ❤I cook belly pork adobo, I use different ingredients, but I don't think there's a wrong or right way ❤
Ingredients:
700g thick belly pork, cubed
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Mushrooms
2 star anise
1 tsp ginger
3 tbsp white vinegar

For the Sauce:
1 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
