Oldest religion in this world is actually unknowable as many religions have came and died out without enough proof making it hard to say which exactly is the oldest religion. This video shows us the age of religions from the most ancient religions to new modern religions, All the numbers shown in the video is an approximate value made by secular sources since many religion claim their religion to be there since dawn of human existence. This video doesnt cover the claim made by followers of a religion and is mostly the age based on the start of a new tradition which would later evolve into the modern forms of current religion.

Some of the oldest religions are also some of the most followed religion like Hinduism, islam, christainity and buddhism. Many religions shown in the video might be a tradition or sect within a larger religion. It would be shown as separate religion just to show the age of the sect/tradition. Some of the sect/tradition shown as separate religion are Vaishnaivishm(Hindu), Shaivaism(Hindu), Protestant(christianity) and some sects like ahmaddiya muslims.
