Thank you so much for being so inclusive in the content of your channel.  I have followed many You tubers who, as their subscribers grew, forgot where they started and became pretentious, exclusive and cater to those with high end budgets.  I am a mature woman who can afford nice things if I choose, but I have no trouble unsubscribing to a channel that doesn't offer options to those on a variety of budgets.  You are wise, classy and way ahead of many in this new materialistic world of ours.  Nice job lady.

Hi. I just finished watching all of your videos LOL I previously mentioned how my daughter brought me over to your channel. We are both beauty junkies and she knew I would love your channel. Especially because of my frustrating issues with hooded eyes. There are not many here on Youtube our age with our problem areas. So, thank you for taking out the time from your life to educate us older gals and providing so many awesome tips/techniques. As I mentioned before, I came straight home that day and tried the eye shadow look, found the Wet & Wild primer, and it worked :-) NOT that the look compared to yours because yours is flawless and beautiful, but I managed a pretty nice eye look even with my hooded eyes. When my kids, boy/girl 12 year old twins, came home from school, they both asked what had I done to myself lol They, especially Katie, loved it :-) You seem like a beautiful person inside and out. Part of why I binged watched all your videos with a huge bowl of pop corn and am all caught up and am now going back to some for reference for new looks. I have never tried your eye shadow primer, but I love the ESSENCE eye primer. It has a lit a bit of correcting color, and, as an Asian I do have a hooded eye, non only for my origin, but also for my age...I have an oily skin..and this primer really works on me!

I totally agree with on your beginning thoughts! I am a beauty products lover and I do spurge from time to time on luxury products, the drugstore still has great things offer! And even though my budget can allow for luxury products, I still try to be sensible (while watching YouTube can make me lean toward less sensible)! Thanks for the frugal suggestions! Xo

I totally go in different get super excited about drugstore as well as high end, it's all so much fun! Wish I would have started this makeup addiction when I was younger and had super smooth lids it's a great thing to be excited about anything in life that brings you joy! I do not watch youtubers who just do high end, it's not my thing but I love it when someone beautiful brings drugstore favs to the front stage because it's so affordable and fun to play with makeup and some of these drugstore brands are owned by very high end all good!

I really love the Color Pop liquid lipstick. My lips are super dry and that one doesn't dry them out. The NYX lip butters are a favorite of mine too.

I love and use several of the products you just showed and I found your channel just a short time ago but I do enjoy watching your videos. Honesty until I started watching you utube I was all drug store I have bought high end now but there are so many products I just can't see myself buying like the &200 eye shadow palettes just can't do it. oh yes i wanted to ask you..what do you suggest me to buy from mac foundations..i have combo skin..oily in the t-zone and normal in summer..more dry in winter...am 39 ..having freckles and pores..i would like a foundation with medium coverage to use on daily basis..thanks in advance

It's hard not to compare and feel envy with social media. It's an advertising platform designed to create want. Personally, I've been a lot happier in my life since I deleted all my social media accounts. It's a lot easier to practice gratitude and be happy with myself :)
