My milk doesn't froth like that! Very thick foam on top, but lots of very watery milk. I'm using semi skimmed homogenised milk (i.e. Supermarket own brand milk) - what is the best milk?

Mine frothed perfectly the first time I used it, now I get warm milk and a tiny bit of froth. I'm using semi-skimmed milk. What am I doing wrong please??? :(

wrong, you have to use steamed milk. Not milk foam
