Let's Play Final Fantasy X, Part 1: It Begins

In this first episode we embark on the epic journey that is Final Fantasy 10. We start out with our main character Titus signing autographs and preparing for his big blitz ball game against a rival team in his home city of Zanarkand.

Man this was actually one of the last JRPGs and FFgames that actually made me emotionally invested and care about the story and the characters and it came out in freaking 2001.

This game was the reason why I bought a PS2.

I'll try not to spoil it for anyone, but the kid at the beginning who said "don't cry" has a major significance in the story in terms of truly understand what happens at the end and the remainder of the story. When i first beat ffx the ending was a little muddled to me, but after beating it twice, it made much more sense and I truly gained an appreciation for how epic this game really is.

@TaifuunDesu I def recommend ffx. It's one of my fav rpgs of all time. They are coming out with an HD version though not sure when, but its coming out on ps3 so you might think about waiting for that.

@RagnarokForsaken015 yeah i show it quite a few times through the game. Couldn't give you the exact part cuz i show it so many times.

Yeah it can be a little tricky to balance sometimes but i'm getting better at it. I also like how my vid quality turned out. HD baby!

@Zayden099 never gave the game much of a chance, but from what i've played, i couldnt get into it much.

@ExpertoftheBlade What you should be asking is doesn't the guy in kingdom hearts look like Titus.

@Thefreestyler41 only two ff games came out for ps2, this one and ff12, so this was the first.

This is one of my all time favorites. Love the storyline, characters and everything. Everything after 10, just didn't do it for me.

Back again... Played FFX myself up to the Guardian in mt. Gagazet but because I never thought of the shared XP trick I was just too underleveled to get passed it decently. After that watched NCS his LP followed by Dario's X-2. And since I love the story and music so much of FFX I'm starting to watch this one since NCS referenced it a lot in a good positive way :D Yay Dario!

I never understood who that kid was who says "You can't tonight" and "Don't cry" and appearing in all of Tidus' dream sequences and such.

Is he just some random thing added in, or is there any significance to him?
