This will take time. Just kill adult cockatrice in the mountains path. Make the baby in critical condition and wait for it to summon the adult, you can only summon 1 adult in a fight.

How to kill it just charge yusuke twice before summoning adult, and have 1 person with fire rune lens.

You can also do it in party of 3 and everyone will have their level shoot up to 40.

Or if you really want to focus on single character. After killing the adult let the baby cockatrice kill yusuke and the other member. Once alone kill it. i've done it and my level shoot to 60. If you have time you can farm baby cockatrice and ricky cockatrice after killing the adult too.
