Oudtshoorn's 'ghetto' pensioners

Oudtshoorn's Rosevally township is home to thousands of retired
labourers, many of who were evicted from their houses on farms when they became too old to work. Out of 12 000 residents on a waiting list, only 875 will be provided with government houses in the next three years.
