AWS AMER Summit May 2021 | Building robots to make hospitals smarter and safer

In hospitals and other healthcare facilities, robots are increasingly used to perform contactless delivery and autonomous maintenance services to help reduce the spread of harmful viruses and bacteria. In this session, learn how AWS is enabling robotics companies to quickly and safely build and deploy robots to hospitals. We dive deep into how Solaris JetBrain uses AWS to scale testing in a simulated hospital environment to speed up development, improve safety, and find edge cases before deploying applications to physical robots. We also demonstrate how to run and automate key robot interaction test cases like robot navigation and obstacle avoidance in the simulated hospital environment.
