My assumptions if the characters based on their Greek inspired names and the 13 Flame Chaser of HI3:
1. Aponia-Aglaea (Aglaea bears the Coreflame of Romance, and is tasked to summon the heroes who will smite down the gods and revive the dying world of Amphoreus. Aponia was the previous Era’s most powerful Psychic who had many prophecies. Although Aponia could see the future, she was powerless to stop it, having failed every time she attempted to change the fate she saw. Instead she used her powers to influence others, like giving the MOTH soldiers hope that humanity would triumph over the Honkai after the 12th Herscher destroyed the last remaining cities on earth, so they would continue fighting.

2. Vill-V-Tribbie (Her three main split personalities, Tribbie is thought to be based on the Greek mythological character Hecate, a goddess who is typically portrayed as having dominion over magic and witchcraft, and Vil-V is a magician and inventor in HI3)

3. Su-Anaxa (Named after the ancient Greek philosopher, Anaxagoras, Anaxa is described as a scholar that "inquires about the prophecy and disrespects the gods." This seems to align with Anaxagoras' spirit of scientific inquiry, which he applied to his cosmology and other philosophical studies. Su was a doctor who searched for a cure to Honkai Sickness, before being recruited by MOTH and becoming one of the 13 Flame Chasers. He also was a powerful psychic, only second in abilities to Aponia)

4. Eden-Hyacine (Hyacinthus was a beautiful Greek hero that caught the eye of Apollo who taught them to play a lyre, one of Eden’s signature attacks in HI3 is strumming a harp)

5. Kosma-Mydei (in Greek mythology was the personification of the din of battle, confusion, uproar and hubbub. Kosma’s turbulent emotions paved way for Meta-Morph Overload, transforming him into a more "demonic" beast, where he was fused with Judgment-class then classified Vipralopa-class Honkai Beast, Vishnu. The Over Meta-Morph form gave him the ability to absorb powers from other Honkai Beasts)

6. Pardofelis-Cifera (Duh, literally have cat like features)

Yae Sakura-Castorice (Ice theme plus sakura blossoms in her design as well as the name from Roman mythology: Castor and Pollux Polydeucesare twin half-brothers in Greek and Roman mythology, known together as the Dioscuri or Dioskouroi. In Latin, the twins are also known as the Gemini[e] ("twins") or Castores, Pollux asked Zeus to let him share his own immortality with his twin to keep them together, and they were transformed into the constellation Gemini. Yae Sakura is the only FlameChaser we know of that had a sibling, Rin. Yae loved her more than anything.)
