call paypal and ask for them to transfer you over to the debit card department. then you will get full refund in a check

They didn't ask me for any documentation.. I simply did it all online I didn't call anybody but it was hell getting it activated took like more than 2 hours

So I got 2 cards for Paypal. I bought the Prepaid card from Walmart for 90 dollars and I tried to link it but my phone didn't recieve the SMS message from them. I did get the other card they sent to me and I want to ask is: do both cards have the same value as one or are both seperate?

Calling Pay Pal they can't get my street address correct and can't go to a store and load money on it because it always saying Invailed, seems you have to activate Money Load when that should be activated by default not make you activate it as well. Only way to fix the street address issue is activate it online which is stupid

Once you verified you can activated it bit you only have 4 months to do it or it will expire and you will need to order a new one
