Luis is at least neutral honor, if not high honor. He never abandoned his best friends, always tried to help them. Helps Tony keep his business running, helps Henrique and Armando step up in the world, helps his mother even when she does not trust him to be successful, he tries to help a maniac girl who stalks him even if he fails, he helps Brucie (a guy who he just met) deal with his annoying brother, even spare a good for nothing goon for the sake of Tony's connections.
