THE FRIED CHICKEN ICE CREAM

For todays episode, we tried this very interesting food that we found in IG, the fried chicken ice cream?

it was package like your regular take out bucket of chicken.

at first glance, you'll definitely think that this is a fried chicken.

it has a corn flakes like layer which made it look like a bread crumbs and crispy chicken skin.

the ice cream has a vanilla flavor, but the texture is more creamy vs the other usual ice cream here in the philippines.

we also found out that they used a wafer which serves as the bone for the chicken.

we like the concept of a fried chicken ice cream and hoping that they will have other flavors and a chicken wings variant soon :)
