Archeologists unearth tiny fragments of 2,000-year-old biblical texts, The Dead Sea Scrolls

Tiny fragments of the famous Dead Sea Scrolls, recently excavated by Israeli archeologists, have gone on display. Imtiaz Tyab discovers how these 2,000-year-old biblical texts, along with other excavated artifacts, shed new light on early Christianity.

For those who wanna know what it says here it is, 1st scroll from book of Nehum... "The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt, and the earth is burned at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein. Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? his fury is poured out like fire, and the rocks are thrown down by him."
Nahum 1:5‭-‬6

And second scroll is from book of zachariah it says "These are the things that ye shall do; Speak ye every man the truth to his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates: And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, saith the Lord ."
Zechariah 8:16‭-‬17

To think people had been inhabiting those caves over 10, 000 years ago and continued to do so long enough for their buried dead and the Dead Sea scrolls to be in there. That’s absolutely incredible.

The scroll was in full until the Archeologists broke into it and destroy them with their pickaxe and tools

The Basket has survived 10, 500 YEARS in this perfectly conditioned cave and I sincerely hope by scientists removing the basket that it's not going disintegrate into a cloud of dust.
