2:30am in my neighborhood where crime never happens. The only motive was a Grindr hook up or drug deal gone wrong. The killer looking like that willing to kill someone especially someone he clearly targeted, it wouldn’t have been about money. He’s too good looking and too young for that. Yep. Seems like either a hit job. Jealously or disgruntled former collegue...or Mr. Lee made a pass at Mima Momeni who didn't take kindly. Could have been some argument they had at the bar they left from that night so he stabbed Robert Lee. No wallet was taken...Momeni just fled and hid under the guise of the crime initially labeled as "just another sf night".

Normal people don't ask questions like that about their adult sister unless they have some severe control issues. That's a huge red light to not associate with someone like that.
