It requires courage to walk a path that others may not understand, to trust your heart when the world offers doubt, and to honour what feels right for your soul, even when it goes against the current. But in the end, the deepest fulfilment comes not from seeking approval, but from living authentically, embracing the journey that is uniquely yours.

Following your own path is terrifying at times, but the regret of not doing it is even worse. I used to hold back, afraid of disappointing others or making the 'wrong' choice. But the more I learned about assertiveness, the more I realized that living for myself isn't selfish. It's necessary. The ultimate game-changer for me was a book "Power of Assertiveness: Unlock Your Potential" from Mindbloomery. It helped me understand that speaking up, setting boundaries, and going after what I really want isn't about being fearless. It's about being brave enough to act despite the fear. Best decision I ever made.

I was crying while listening to her wisdom having my morning coffee. I quit my 9 to 5 without knowing what will come next where will life take me 2 days ago. I was really concerned if it was the right decision but I decided to follow my inner voice. I pushed it beside for so long. Listing to her encouraged me that I've done the right. Her metaphor of the two way ticket really touched me. While we are living for the future we forget the present. We are afraid of dying because our list of unfulfilled wishes is so long. When we start to fullfil our dreams it get easier to be ready everyday to leave this amazing body and earth.

I am 34 years old married woman working from home as an IT consultant. My job is good but i always feel void inside me. From last 3 years, i often find myself thinking about quitting job. I often search for answers in youtube videos, by talking to others but everyone talks about security. I dont know my soul's calling but i am sure that it's not a corporate job. Everyone these days talk big about success, discipline hard work, smart work..all of this to become someone. But my question is: why is it important to do something, to get success, to get recognition. Why can't we just breath and live the life as it is.May be one day we get to know our purpose. I dont know if i am thinking right or just making an excuse for escape.
