STUNNING! Both the quilt, the concept, and YOU! Embrace your next decade - I did. Once I stopped worrying about aging and started embracing my age (52 for me) I started having more fun, I was more embolden & empowered to do the things I always wanted to do without worry or fear of what others may think or say. I love life - I'm not 30 any more and I don't care either! Just living my life out loud and you should too!

Beautiful piece of fabric art, and I love your inspiration story. I too love Asian, especially Japanese, art, fabric, etc. Early Happy Birthday! wishes to you. BTW...our 50s are a great period of life. Once you get over the shock of reaching that milestone, you will ease into it. All will be well.

Happy Birthday Baby! I just had mine too. But your 50th is so much better then mine. I had to have an emergency hysterectomy. But hey at least I’m alive. It’s just a number. I actually feel like 36. You look great, so enjoy it only gets better!🥰😍🎂

Once you cross over the threshold of turning fifty you’ll quickly realize that it’s not so bad and actually kind of cool.😎 The angst goes away because now you own the territory. Any time you turn a decade turning point you’re still you and now you get to rock this section of your life as well. I found that a lot of bs tended to slip away because now you realize just how much of it was nothing more than pure bs in the first place, right? Maturity has it’s pluses ya know, you can pull out the “I know better” card and people will believe it. I just turned my decade also, now I’m grooving to the sixties, ha! Happy birthday 🎉💥✨🍾🎉🎏🎁💥✨🎉
