Proud of my native Alberta. Here in California with a budget of over 300 billion dollars we're 35 billion in the hole. Classic case of Conservative Government versus an ultra liberal one.
To top it all t Governor would like to pay every black person in the State around 1 million dollars each which would cost the State some $800 billion dollars close to three times this year's budget. Go figure.

Now to prevent crime by investing in communities, schools, after school activities, easier transportation options and well paying jobs. Or just starting a provincial wealth fund.
