I must say. There is a Special Light that shines from this Young Woman. Her wisdom, strength, and Understanding of Humanity, is far beyond her years... I truly think she may have been saved to give something Magnificent to Humanity. Only Time Will Tell. I Think The Taliban would be wise to leave this Gift alone...

A lot of pathetic excuses for human beings commenting I see. Don't hate her just because she's more deserving of a human being at 16, than you will EVER be. She definitely deserves the prize. May she continue to inspire others.

The Peace Prize is the Participation Trophy of Nobel. It would be nice if Nobel handed out the Prize based on actual action not on the HOPE of action in the future, as they did again this year.

Absolutely should get it. Unlike Obama, Malala has actually EARNED IT.

With this comment, you just screamed that you're no where near a Wise Person.

She deserves it so much more than the friend of poverty Anjezë Bojaxhiu.

Wow, what a wonderful champion of the Nobel Peace Prize you are, diminishing other's humanity because of their political views don't square with yours. What is the world coming to?

Who's to say it's not? Oh YEAH... YOU are. Yes, I'll gladly defer my own conception of truth to you, because you've shown yourself so capable of it. If the only truth is the one that one perceives, what anyone chooses to believe is their own business and anything else is anti-human fascism.

The experiment of Western-style democracy in Iraq has so far yielded 6000 civilian deaths this year alone. We must be careful with Islamic culture and study the real causes of Taliban-style extremism. If one looks at the US funded extremist Muslim rebels in Syria, the problem might not be so much with "them" as it is with us. For this reason, people are right to reject this "inspirational story" as potentially dangerous pro-war propaganda.
