I work in a toxic Indian company.
1. When you take sick leave, they will say "You are working on this bug for a whole day and yet did not show any progress" 😂
2. They want something to be done in an hour but put us in conference call for 45 minutes. 15 minutes later they will say, "Its been a hour, any update" 😂
3. When you inform your superior, "I will do this next day" they are fine with it. But first thing they make sure to ask next morning is the progress of the task. Like indirectly imposing overtime as law does not allow it.
4. When you question their work ethics, they will say, "everyone is doing this. Only you are complaining".
Im stuck with them like a cow in quicksand 😂😂😂
