Some opponents play Qe7, pinning the pawn to the king U could play Qe2, blocking the pin with your king, or maybe Be2 developing the bishop and blocking the pin, but if you play Qe2, then you have to play g2 then Bg2, then Nf3 since queen is blocking the bishops diagonal or maybe Nge2 so that the knight doesn't block the bishop on g2, like
E4, E5, Nf3, Nc6, Nc3, Nc6, NxE5, Nxe5, D4, Nc6, E5, Qe7, Be2 or Qe2, Ng8, that's how it's mostly gonna go
( If you're wondering N- knight, B- bishop, k- king, Q- queen, R-rook, for pieces its capital letters but for pawns, it's non-capital letters) i'm just explaining some main lines
