Xinyan singing in jp was the best and for Hu Tao it was the Chinese one but I’ll be honest i love them all

Poor English VA.

They have to rap in the same pace for a piece that was originally Chinese. Chinese words are far more shorter than English words so they have to speak really fast to fit in, even though in the end, it still doesn't fit.

Japanese also have the same challenge because even though Japanese words are sometimes shorter than English, Japanese words are still longer than Chinese. The Japanese dub didn't want to take the risk of translating Hu Tao's rap and they kept singing it in Chinese with Japanese pronunciations (if you know about on'yomi, you know what I mean).

This happens too often in another cutscenes too. If you play in Japanese, and then compare it to Chinese, you'll see that many times Japanese dub speaks much faster than Chinese.

Obviously they did Hu Tao’s VA dirty in English, but I really liked Xinyan’s part in English! I feel like it fits her character really well haha

Sounds like the music was created specifically for the Chinese version and the others did their best to adapt to it with the lyrics in their own languages.

When I first saw the english one, I had to take a break halfway through, thanks to the secondhand embarrassment it gave me 🌚 was actually so painful to watch 😭
