Sir, I have studied M.Sc., B.Ed., M.Phil., and qualified SET., NET., GATE in chemistry. I am going to submit my PhD thesis next month with 9 papers. I have teaching experience for 6.5 yrs in colleges after the qualification. I could not get college post in aided colleges because of the heavy corruption and I am unable to pay 40-45 lks. I have applied for arts college TRB in 2019 but there also corruption in interview.Also annamalai University excessive faculties issues are also there. It is better to try any other competitive exams like TNPSC and UPSC exams which will give the jobs rather than SET or NET which are just qualifications..

Sir, I have completed MA., MPhil in English.i hd 10 years experience in Arts and science colleges. But my percentage in MA is 54.8. At that period., (2005-2010) I worked in colleges.But to undergo treatment for child, I resigned my job, and went to Bangalore. Now my son is going to school, studying in 5th standard.Now I desires to go job. Due to long gap, I was not selected.Is there anyway to increase my percentage.Because of the lack of percentage, I am not eligible to select in colleges and unable to do SET and NETexams also.what can I do sir? But my marriage is inter-caste .Is there any way to pursue my job? And also my education system in my college life is Non-semester method.Please sir, tell me the suggestion for me to continue my DREAM JOB.
