1. Context - Background context that the AI system should have in advance of responding to your requests (this can be set in "Custom Instructions" for ChatGPT).
2. Persona - The personality of your AI assistant (this can be set in "Custom Instructions" for ChatGPT).
3. Working Prompts - A collection of tried and tested prompts that work for the things that you need to do regularly.

Invest in your prompt kit so that you delegate 90% of this task to an AI system every time you need to do that task in the future.
