I love the door knocking technique and also the cold calling. Do the unpleasant things no one else wants to do to become a real estate boss. Keep the videos coming Kevin, GREAT!

I am a huge advocate of door knocking.  I have received several listings by cold calling.  Most people are nice and I think it helps that I am a woman.   Saturday mornings are the best.  The only downfall is that it isn't usually an immediate listing meaning that they may be 6 months to a year out but if you stay in touch, they will use you because they have gotten to know you.  Plus it is great exercise!

I've spent a few hours watching you. You're easy to hear! I thank you for all of your time. I register for class next week for classes in November. I have HUGE shoes to fill as my mother wrote the original CDO when she was with Hunton & Williams back in the 80s. Now she sells real Estate in Houston TX and is who turned me onto you. Back in the day, I ran crews for Dish Network going D2D. We would typically get 50 doors / hour minimum. Like Kevin said, the key is staying on script.
