Apple Intelligence is the latest big thing from Apple. They talked about it during their Worldwide Developer Conference, the iPhone 16 event, the iMac announcement, the Mac mini announcement, and the MacBook Pro announcement. It has also been featured in tv ads, social media ads, and billboards. But according to a survey from CNET, 73% of iPhone owners say new AI features add little or no value to their phone experiences. In fact, many users don’t even know what Apple Intelligence is. So let’s talk about where Apple went wrong.

Android die hard here: I don’t think Apple is to blame here. They joined the AI race later than the competition due to stock holders pressure, which means they were skeptical of AI since the first moment. They made Apple Intelligence to maintain stock value bc they would need to explicitly mention AI. And that’s why they struggled mentioning concrete user cases
