Naked in the country - Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS

Throughout the 80s and 90s, more and more motorcycles became clad in plastic. But this changed and naked became the norm. Just recently I have been trying naked 4 cylinder litre bikes and today it’s the Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS. Yes I know its a 1200 but its the closest Triumph do. I have ridden it a few times but always seem to be impressed and surprised by its feel, power but ride ability. But, how will it compare to the Kawasaki z900 and Suzuki GSX-S 1000.

I'm the same with tail tidies, never know why people bother. It's not like they ever see the back of their bike when they're riding.

Yeah, nice. I think that it would taste like a whole box of Mr Kipling cakes. If there is a version with about 100BHP less, I think that I could relate to it more 😁😁. Wonderful in a world with wide roads and no traffic, dogs, snakes and chickens 😂😂🤣🤣. Keep up the excellent reviews 👍👍.

Great vlog TAYM thank you. £16k for a "marmite" bike seems a bit steep to me but there again, bike prices in general are forever creeping up. It makes for an expensive hobby these days 🫤. Regards, Mo 😊👍.

Tried the RR this spring. These 1200 Triples are some serious pieces of kit., but unfortunately totally wasted on normal roads

I like it, I had the previous gen. A great bike and probably more user friendly. Not ugly at all. Whether people like it or not! No bike is pointless! It’s what makes the world a more interesting place.

Lovely bike, I chose the 765 street as felt its more fun but the Speed looks better. Been to Stonham last two weeks and got to see the bike with no name which looks fantastic and your T100 this week. Cheers

It's light it's fast and it's fun maybe wouldn't win any beauty competitions I guess but a lot of thrills without spills I am sure TAYM I think for me the Street would be a better choice in that style.😉👌👍
