Such a beautiful style to watch, I had no idea such a massive weapon could be controlled with such grace.

I find myself coming back to this video from time to time. The flow of the movements and the birds in the background give it such a poetic vibe (so to speak, haha) that I can't get tired of watching it!

Finally someone working on Alfieri. This is a really good job and your interpretation is quite subtile regarding the text, I like it !

These are fun to do with a single-handed sword as well, to promote liveliness in handling and familiarity in controlling the cuts.

the whole goal of Lanskenetch or mercenaries "montante" was to occupy "SPACE" and within that 'space' it would be safe for you to exist in.

A story to give you guys context:
"Florence, Italia 1498. We were trying our best to cut down this Gate and open a retreat for my men, the Mercenaries and I. Countless waves of enemy were engaging the narrow streets and alley we were in But Golgotha Manello di Riviera, the Tallest and Meanest of the "Fieri Montante", Stood in their way and none could pass.

Between the wide Arcs and the thrusts of his Maximilian there was no space left for enemies to advance and even if they did the rest of the group would push them back into Golgotha's reach and that many men would die. At that moment i knew, that standing behind Golgotha as long as he stands, it was the safest place in the world"

Where's the point of balance on that particular sword? How far in front of the cross guard?

How do you interpret the one unusual figure with the left hand forward?
