So basically - Bran greensees into the past to a scene in which there's Hodor, he then hears Meera calling him from the present to warg into present Hodor, who he can see the past version of, so he wargs into present Hodor whilst still greenseeing past Hodor in the greenseeing dream, and as the warged present Hodor is being killed, past Hodor feels Bran's greenseeing presence and starts experiencing Bran's warging instead of Bran himself, and thus he reverse-greensees the present version of himself as he is killed, traumatizing him and causing him to continue repeating the last words he hears in his future death experience, the last words he follows to his death, the most true and loyal man in all the Seven Kingdoms.
