Functionality :-
1.Admin can view the details of Student on the portal.
2.Admin can view the details of Teacher on the Portal.
3.Admin can delete the Student and Teacher on the portal.
4.Admin can Update the Student and Teacher details.
5.Admin is Hardcoded in the database itself you can't register
6.Admin can register new Student and Teacher on portal.
7.Teacher can Add new Question for Student Exam / for Quiz.
8.Teacher can delete any Question at any time.
10.Student can register on the portal by registration page.
11.Student can view Quiz and exam subject name on portal.
12.Studnet can choose any subject for exam.
13.Student can receive Marks after finished Exam.
14.Student can see the timer for exam.
