TalkTV’s Kevin O’Sullivan is joined by former member of Reform UK party Ben Habib to discuss Suella Braverman’s speech about migration.

The Home Secretary made the speech in Washington D.C, criticising the 70-year-old U.N. Refugee Convention and claiming that “uncontrolled and illegal migration” also poses “obvious threats to public safety and national security.”

She started her speech by saying: “Uncontrolled immigration, inadequate integration, and a misguided dogma of multiculturalism have proven a toxic combination for Europe over the last few decades”.

Habib said: “I thought it was an utterly first class speech, she exposed the problem absolutely as it is.”

Totally agree. The moment we started acting as a taxi service for all these people, we basically gave the green flag for them to keep coming. Never mind what other countries do, we should be protecting our own borders and stopping them from arriving in the first place.

How I wish we had Ben or someone like him in charge of us now. It's not rocket science we either defend our borders, send all illegals back to where they come from and pause all legal migration or we will cease to be a country, that many of us and our ancestors grew up in and fought for. Many thousands of which died protecting this land form invasion much like we are experiencing now.😢😢😢
