Super easy, only a handful of ingredients and very quick! Like, you-can-make-it-while-your-kid-naps quick. 🙌
Only thing to note is I used boneless, skinless thighs here, bc that's what I had and they're more delicious anyway, and served it with sushi rice and steamed broccoli. Substitute cauliflower rice and/or sautéed cabbage for Whole30. You're the boss, applesauce! 👊
