Is a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Base the BEST new small SUV under $30k?

The ALL NEW Bronco Sport is finally arriving to Ford dealerships around the country. How does the base model stack up for your hard earned money? On the outside you will find all new sheet metal that sits on the Ford Escape chassis, 17in wheels and a "safari" roof design? On the inside you will find a ton of interior space, 8in infotainment system, and cloth interior. Under the hood is a 1.5L turbocharged inline-3 that is producing 181HP and mated to and 8-speed automatic transmission with 4x4 getting power to the ground. I have this same model. I love it. I am getting 29.5 mpg so far. It has plenty of power and is very quiet.

People really think that it’s part of the Range Rover family. Ford has definitely designed a classic looking SUV at an affordable price.

I have the Base trim and love it. Especially the black logo lettering. Those 65 tires make it even a smoother ride vs 55s that are on many vehicles. I had a back spasm for near a year that medicine and therapy couldn’t conquer. It went away, along with other back stiffness, after a few days of driving the Sport. It’s a real comfy ride. And, yes, the second row folds down flat. Great review Joe!
