How to get the 'How Did We Get Here?' Advancement [Tutorial]

In this Tutorial I want to show you an easy way how to get the "How Did We Get Here?" Advancement in Minecraft 1.12.
The Goal is to have every effect applied at the same time.
The Effects are: Regeneration, Strength, Resistance, Jump Boost, Speed, Haste, Mining Fatigue, Weakness, Slowness, Fire Resistance, Water Breathing, Invisibility, Night Vision, Wither, Nausea, Hunger, Poison, Absorption, Levitation and Glowing

Does the "blindness" from the illusionist doesn't count to the achievement?

Mining fatigue lasts several minutes, right? So you could set this up in the end at an end city and after getting mining fatigue from an ocean monument just quickly travel to the nearest stronghold and use a portal and elytra to get to the end city within probably a minute or so.
That way you can skip the hard step of transporting a shulker to the overworld. For the wither effect you could build up a wither in a cage at the end city and let yourself hit by it to get the wither effect. This way you don't need to transport any mob anywhere.

So, thats ok, but what about the Hunger effect? does not count?

The beacon is only necessary for the haste because you can use an enchanted golden apple for resistance and drink potions for speed, jump boost, and strength.
