Thanks Michael, but the only bundling I plan to do is when it gets very cold outside. 😂

Bundles in cable industry screwed consumers and streaming bundles will screw consumers.

All these streaming prices are "introductory pricing". Price hikes are coming - with more ads.

Here because of Antennaman … I have subscribed. Now … you can post video of your cat sleeping … I will watch, like, comment and share every single one. It’s BS what YT is doing … so I am here to support.

So Venue will be sports while if you have YTTV those same programs will be there as well so potentially we are paying twice unless they go exclusive which I doubt they can do since they have cable deals too. This is getting crazy and expensive.

It seems like if a streamer would want to reduce churn they could offer a lower yearly rate. For instance, if a service has a monthly rate of $7.99 it is likely the yearly rate they'll offer is $79.99. If they could drop that even more they would reduce churn on their own instead of bundles.

I will wait until Black Friday to see if they're serious

At least they’re making an effort to give me a reason to subscribe to multiple services.

None of those three bundles appeal to me.

I'm not crazy about bundles personally, I prefer stand alone applications.

I found this interesting. This person explains the reason why cable offered many channels that you may or may not watch. What do you think?

"What has become increasingly obvious, though, is for all the knocks on cable, starting with the fact consumers paid for lots of channels they never watched, its one-stop-shopping approach eliminated some of the challenges springing up now.

That old system worked because the “bundle” actually created a mechanism to financially support a vast number of choices serving various tastes.

Simply put, paying for ESPN if you don’t like sports, or CNN and MSNBC if you don’t watch news, might have been irritating, but those millions of cable subscriptions spread out the revenue in a way that made dozens and dozens of channels available and affordable.

The dream of a more a la carte system, where you pay for what you watch, has turned out to elusive, primarily because there’s no way – at least yet – to adopt that where the cost doesn’t become onerous, and maybe even prohibitive, for many consumers."

Streaming’s ‘great re-bundling’ has begun. What that could mean for subscribers

The Easiest Way To Avoid Streaming Jacking Up Prices Is Not To Pay In The First Place🤣. If People Stop Subscribing Eventually Theyll Lower Thier Prices. Its Literally Cable All Over Again. The Only Way Theyll Learn Is If You Hurt Them Where It Matters, The Bottom Line

I cut my HBO Max and Piermont plus off. Me and my brothers paying for everything separately!! The thing we do like to watch

Will the new Disney bundle still include ESPN+?

I assume this bundles are all ad supported. If that is the case I have zero interest. Also, as you stated the reason streaming prices are going up is SPORTS. Sports should not be included in the standard package and only offered as an add on. Not everyone is interested in sports. I recently contacted Spectrum and they offered me a live TV package with no sports and no local channels, but many more live channels than I had before and my monthly bill was cut in half.
Netflix was a movie and TV service. Not sports. If my bill continues to go up on this ad free services and the others I will cancel them all. Sports is the reason streaming services are sticking it to all their customers.
