What a lovely video. Two of my favorite people. So I thought since I talk about Claire so much, perhaps, someone would gift me Dessert Person. But no! And I had to actually waiting until December 31, before receiving all my presents ... and finding out that the book was not among them. I immediately ordered the book, but by that time it was not just back ordered a week, but back ordered three weeks! So now I have a wait before I get my hands on that lovely book.

Fun fact. Marmalade comes from the Portuguese word for quince, marmelo. I think it’s underrated for that alone.
