Hello sir..sir I have a doubt...in the question 10.5 of the exercise, the value of n for the longer wavelength is taken as n''-1 (where n" is the Value of n for shorter wavelength)..but what if fringes of both are coinciding at n1=4 and n2=6..there is a difference of 2 right, so n for longer wavelength should be n"-2...so how do we know ??

Sir ques No 10.6( exercise ) mai aapne jo wavelength choti thi uska n - 1 hi kyu liya aap uska n - 2 bhi to le sakte the sir....

Sir in q6 of exercise how can you say
n for bigger wavelength is always n-1 of smaller wavelength
If one wave length is very small and other wavelength is much bigger as compared to the other wavelength
Then this equation wont be true.
