Hello guys,
thank you for watching :) here are my 5 tips for beginners a little more detailed.
#1
When you just started climbing and you are totally motivated for training you should still focus on simply climbing a lot. At least in the first two months. Why? Well at the beginning you will quickly see a lot of progress also if you just climb without a special training. Because your body gets more and more used to the movement of climbing you will feel more confident on the wall as more often as you go climbing. That will be the first kind of improvement that you well see at your first month of climbing. Do different moves, use hooks, use different kinds of holds. Through that you will get the base for the specific climbing strength.
#2
Also if you climb a lot you will especially as a girl/woman come to the point that you don't have enough strength in your arms to do certain moves. Before starting to train at the campusboard and hangboard you should work with training which are not that dangerous to injure yourself. Work on your upper body strength through pulluptraining.

Bodystrength is often a crucial part in bouldering and climbing. Through bodystrengthtraining you will benefit in many ways. Stepping, climbing in overhangs and getting back on the wall when you lose your feet are just some examples on the benefit of bodystrength training.
My favorite bodystrength exercises:

when you just started climbing and maybe also train pull ups and bodystrength you will get a little less flexible. It is not just healthier for your body to stretch regularly it is also helpful for climbing. You can use footholds which are very far away from each other for example. Also, you can prevent injuries with stretching regularly.

like I said in the video climbing outdoors is very different from climbing indoors. If you just started climbing you don't have to go outdoor climbing to soon but at some point you should get to know that to. it is a beautiful way to enjoy nature and to get stronger.
//for all of you who are outdoors the first few times or for all unaware ones: in most of the climbing guides it is written if the owner of the land is ok with climbing and bouldering there. If the owner of the land does not want you to hike through his meadow than please take the path through the woods also when it is not that short as the other way. It is important to keep a good mood between climbers and the locals of the climbing area. So take your trash with you when you leaf and show that you care.// Thank you
thank you for watching my video, I hope you liked it :)
Have a great day
